Ryan's Secret Money Stash With Trudy in labor, Amber sends Zandra to ask Lex for some pain killers he keeps. On the way she passes Ryan, acting very furtively, and concealing something that he has just retrieved from under the CD counter, but he won't say what it is. Later, Lex finds him hiding his backpack inside the large clock in the Antiques store. With a wink from Lex, they both agree they'll both be "all right". We later discover that Ryan has a huge stash of money. Lex is fully aware that it is worthless now, but he's not about to enlighten him, because he enjoys the joke at Ryan's expense. Ryan himself learns how worthless it is at the Tribal Gathering in Ep.29. He is also very annoyed that Lex had been stringing him along.
