Trudy runs a high Fever Amber is so concerned for Trudy that she asks Dal to take her temperature: it's extremely high. Trudy gets worse, and so does her temperature. Dal and Amber locate a medical CD, but Lex is playing games, and only Amber's threats persuade him to hand the laptop over. Dal diagnoses Trudy's sickness as puerperal fever, potentially fatal, and its cure, an antibiotic. There's only one way Dal might find what Trudy needs - to go to his father's surgery in sector 15. This is Loco territory, and Dal's chances of coming back are small. Amber kisses him on the cheek for luck. He'll need it.
