The Locos' Leader is Missing It doesn't take the Locos long to realize that Zoot, their leader, has gone missing. As Zoot's woman, Ebony leads the search to find him, and she will leave no stone unturned. We hear her calling his name in a wail-like chant. The Locos answer Power and Chaos, crossing their arms above their heads in imitation of the skull and bones flag born by Zoot's infamous police car.
