Ebony is the New Leader of the Locos At the end of Ep.8, we see that already, Ebony is stand-in leader of the Locos. Calling out the name of Zoot, the Locos answer Power and Chaos as in a ritual chant. In ep.9, Bray ventures out to discover how the Locos are taking the disappearance of Zoot, and he observes how the Locos almost worship Ebony, carrying her like a queen. He reports back to Trudy that Ebony must be their new leader, adding: I just pray she never finds out about the baby. The Locos do not yet know that Zoot is dead - just missing. She organises search parties to find him, and in Ep.14 they search the woods where Cloe has lost Bluebell.
