Lex gives all the chores to the girls Once Jack's trial is over, Lex makes the Superette his HQ. His first priority is to offload all the chores onto the girls, leaving the boys free to learn self-defense, or "play with sticks" as Amber might put it. All excepts Bray, who gets guard duty. With the new Chores Roster in force, Amber notices that the brooms the kids are using have no handles. To add insult to injury, Lex summons the girls to watch the boys practise. Now we know what happened to the broom handles! Cloe sneaks away to be with Bluebell.
