Lex is defeated The girls have out-manipulated him, their no-work rebellion has had its effect, and the boys are willing to share the chores. He has lost both authority and credibility, not helped at all by the entire fiasco of hunting down Cloe's calf, and then inventing a story to cover up that he hadn't the heart to kill it. In Ep.13 Amber offers him a way out, whereby he can save face, and still maintain a leadership role. However, for now, all Lex can think of is getting revenge on Amber.
