Zandra Demands Answers When Amber found Lex in the cage instead of Ebony the obvious question was, what was Lex doing in there with Ebony? Zandra certainly wants to know, though in her heart she already has the answer. Lex avoids Zandra and the issue, busying himself with security matters. Whenever she is able to corner him, Zandra accuses him of "ogling" Ebony, and that's why he was so enthusiastic about guarding her in the cage. Lex & Zandra's spat becomes public knowledge when he inadvertently leaves the microphone switched on in his Superette HQ. This formed the hub of Jack's communication system set up in advance of the expected attack from the Locos. Lex and Zandra hear laughter from the Art store then see that the mike is still on.
