Ebony's Pool Party Ebony's new HQ is a far cry from the railyard which was Zoot's choice. Queen-of-the-Locos Ebony takes full advantage of the facilities. Escorted by two Locos, Bray is brought before Ebony. Ebony, it seems, has changed. It's time to make peace among the tribes. And this is the purpose behind the Tribal Gathering. When Brays returns to the Mall he tells everyone what he found out. The Gathering is to be part trading market, part carnival. There is also to be a dance competition.
